A very wide range of quartz microbalance sensors manufactured to custom specifications. Circular-blank material with parallel faces and either flat, bevelled, plano or double contoured profiles.
1MHz to 60MHz frequency range, custom electrode configurations with possible wrap around electrodes for single side functionality, resistive layers for self heating capabilities, rectangular substrates for multiple arrays.
Applications include Biomedical Sensors, Metal Deposition Monitors, Environmental Monitoring and Chemical Reaction Monitors.
